We want you to love every BlessClarity purchase. If your jewelry isn’t quite right, our return and exchange policy is designed to make things simple and fair.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date your item is delivered.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in resellable condition.
Products showing signs of wear (scuffs, scratches, odors, or alterations) will be sent back at your expense.
All returns must include original packaging and documentation.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please email info@blessclarity.com. Once your request is approved, you’ll have 5 business days to send the item back. Returns postmarked after 5 days will be refused and returned to sender.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
There is no restocking fee when choosing store credit.
Exchanges can be made by returning the item for store credit and placing a new order.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is inspected and approved.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Custom designs, personalized pieces, and solid gold jewelry are made to order and therefore final sale. These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Sale Items

Sale pieces are eligible for exchange or store credit only. We do not offer refunds on discounted items.

Final Sale Items

All of the following categories are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or replacement:

  • Enamel and 925 sterling silver jewelry
  • Moissanite jewelry
  • Grillz
  • Made-to-order items
  • Watches

Each BlessClarity watch includes a complimentary band adjustment tool for sizing.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

Domestic packages returned to us as refused or unclaimed are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Returns

Customers are responsible for shipping charges, import duties, and taxes incurred on international returns — including packages refused by customs. These fees will be deducted from your refund.

BlessClarity Lifetime Guarantee

Every BlessClarity piece is crafted to the highest standards and comes with a lifetime manufacturing warranty covering workmanship defects.

  • If your product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect, we offer a one-time replacement free of charge.
  • The warranty does not cover user damage (scratches, accidental breakage, tarnish, or water exposure).
  • In cases of additional repair needs, we provide a 50% repair service based on the item’s original value.
