We strive to make your BlessClarity experience seamless from checkout to delivery. Below you’ll find details on shipping options, tracking, and returns.

Domestic (U.S.)

  • Standard: 6–8 business days
  • DHL Standard: 3–6 business days
  • DHL/FedEx Express: 3–5 business days

International

  • Standard: 6–10 business days (possible delays due to regional restrictions)
  • DHL/FedEx Express: 3–6 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships (usually within 48 hours), you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS if provided. Please check your spam folder if you don’t receive it promptly.

We offer optional third-party shipping insurance through Route. This service covers loss or damage during transit — available at checkout for added peace of mind.

Note: Some regions may experience carrier delays due to current global shipping conditions. Your tracking link will reflect the most accurate delivery updates.

Cancelling or Modifying an Order

If you wish to cancel or adjust your order, please email info@blessclarity.com as soon as possible. We’ll make every effort to accommodate your request before processing or shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping is complimentary within the U.S.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once inspected.
  • Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

To begin a return, email info@blessclarity.com with your order number and reason for return. You’ll receive a prepaid label and instructions within one business day.

International Duties & Taxes

Orders outside the U.S. may incur import duties or taxes once the package arrives in your country. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

To prevent delays, please provide a valid phone number at checkout for customs contact. Refused shipments or unpaid duties may be returned to sender at the buyer’s expense.

Additional Notes

  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories may require additional time.
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.
  • BlessClarity is not liable for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier.
  • All suspicious or fraudulent orders will be reported to authorities.
